I've purchased two cars from this location, and I have never had anything bad to say about the team. I just recently made a second purchase, a 2025 Taos. Mike, Kyle, and Ruby were so very helpful and kind, from picking a car that I was happy with to crunching numbers and signing paperwork, never once did I feel rushed or pressured in one way or another. I just wanted to share some of our experience working with Tommy Footracer at Fiesta Volkwagen. We went through a very indepth process to lease an 2026 Tiguan. Tommy was very helpful with this process, also helping with the process to sign up for a loan through Volkswagen financial. And to finish up with going above and beyond with Tommy, he drove the vehicle to our home in NE ABQ, due to my wife not being able to drive yet after and accident. We were very greatful to Tommy for his assistance in getting the vehicle home. This was very helpful and we really just wanted to bring attention to Tommys efforts in our purchase with Fiesta VW. I bought my GTI VW from Fiesta Volkswagen on Lomas in Albuquerque. It was a pleasure to work with Tommy and Kyle, they made sure my experience on purchasing my car was excellent!

Tommy and Kyle were fast and willing to work with me on a new Golf GTI. At most dealers, I feel like the sales people swarm and bother you non stop. I did not ever get that feeling here. Everyone was very informative and less pushy than I have seen in the past and their service department was great as well. If you are looking for a VW, I highly recommend this dealership over university VW.

I bought a vehicle back in April. It was a wonderful experience and I’m telling you I bought about 20 vehicles in my lifetime so far this was by far the easiest no BS experience I’ve had so I recommended my brother-in-law to this dealership and he bought a Atlas Cross sport from Damien That car is beautiful, but the experience was amazing. They stayed late for us after they close and where men of their words I will recommend again.

I had a mystery issue with my 2021 VW's battery. These guys were so thorough and so responsive! The actual problem turned out to be fairly bizzare and they not only fixed it, they kept at it UNTIL they could fix it.
