This was my 1st experience with Fiesta Volkswagen, and VW in general, and I am so impressed. Mike Lujan was our main guy, and he knew everything about the cars we test drove. He was super chill, friendly, professional, and kept in touch until I was ready to purchase. He never once pressured me or tried playing games, which is huge in my book. GM Derek Velasco and Sales Manager Kyle Bachman also deserve a shout-out for their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help make the buying process easy. Business Manager Ruby Caro was friendly, efficient, and professional when it came time to sign all the paperwork. I felt I was in good hands from the moment I stepped onto the lot. 12/10, would buy here again.

I've purchased two cars from this location, and I have never had anything bad to say about the team. I just recently made a second purchase, a 2025 Taos. I just wanted to share some of our experience working with Tommy Footracer at Fiesta Volkwagen. We went through a very indepth process to lease an 2026 Tiguan. Tommy was very helpful with this process, also helping with the process to sign up for a loan through Volkswagen financial. And to finish up with going above and beyond with Tommy, he drove the vehicle to our home in NE ABQ, due to my wife not being able to drive yet after and accident. I bought my GTI VW from Fiesta Volkswagen on Lomas in Albuquerque. It was a pleasure to work with Tommy and Kyle, they made sure my experience on purchasing my car was excellent!

Tommy and Kyle were fast and willing to work with me on a new Golf GTI. At most dealers, I feel like the sales people swarm and bother you non stop. I did not ever get that feeling here. Everyone was very informative and less pushy than I have seen in the past and their service department was great as well. If you are looking for a VW, I highly recommend this dealership over university VW.

It was a wonderful experience and I’m telling you I bought about 20 vehicles in my lifetime so far this was by far the easiest no BS experience I’ve had so I recommended my brother-in-law to this dealership and he bought a Atlas Cross sport from Damien That car is beautiful, but the experience was amazing. They stayed late for us after they close and where men of their words I will recommend again.
